Delivery

All our products are sent out via Royal mail tracked 24, on larger amounts this may be upgraded to the first-class special delivery, all parcels are fully insured and guaranteed via Royal mail.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and not damaged.

 We only accept returns if:

· A fault is from our side, such as the wrong flavour item being sent to you or wrong amount of weight.

· All returns must reach us within 14 days from the date you received 

To get a refund, the item must be sent back to us, contact via email for our address.
