Directions Of Use

Make sure to shake bottle before use. For daily use it is recommended to use regularly, 3 – 5 drops, 2 times a day (morning and evening). Please beware of the fact that each user’s desired effect and level of tolerance to CBD products is different, so we suggest starting with the lowest recommended amount and gradually increasing but do not exceed 200 mg of CBD per day. After contact with eyes: rinse carefully with water for several minutes.
