Boblin’s guide to making a great CBD cuppa

Step 1:
Firstly, for this procedure your hemp flower must be dry if your hemp flower isn’t dry, you can always put it in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes. For this procedure preheat your oven at gas mark 1 or 115 Celsius for electric ovens break the flower up into smaller segments and spread evenly on a baking tray lined with grease proof paper. When the flower turns a light brown its ready let it cool down for 10 minutes and move on to step 2.
Step 2:
Take 1 gram of your finest dried hemp flower grind your hemp flower in a grinder.
Step 3:
Get the kettle on, Pour your mixture into your tea ball/infuser. Leave your mixture too steep for 5 – 10minutes depending on your desired strength. Don’t forget your fat source (e.g. Milk, Butter, coconut oil, Vanilla whatever your desired taste is). Your CBD needs a fat source to bind to, so it becomes effective.
Step 4:
Hey presto! Now, you have your perfect cup of CBD tea. So, sit back put your feet up put your favourite show on and chillax with your fresh hot cup of CBD tea even have a slice of cake to it, why not! There you go a little piece of heaven right there in your hands Enjoy!
